Caitlin's career has included deep dives into craft coffee, all things agave, and the world of fine wine, and has always been grounded in the desire to own her own business, and to provide warm and genuine hospitality.  She brought all of these qualities to Ça Va, as well as a passion for social justice projects -- including fundraising for MOCSA, DACA, Planned Parenthood, and other causes, helping to cement Ça Va's reputation as a safe and welcoming place for people of all genders and ethnicities to feel comfortable celebrating, or just relaxing.
